I've just installed the Nokia pc suite (new version) to work with a DKU-5 cable. The driver seems to be installed correctly, trouble is when I connect my phone it reads 'phone not connected' on the taskbar icon. What can I do?

are you sure you're using the right cable?do you need a DKU-2 CABLE?

try unplugging it from usb port n plugging it back in and try lookin to see if u have assigned the right port in the manage connections on the pc suite some times it takes a few mins to work

You have to install the driver for the cable before installing pc suite.

Still won't work!

Yes,I installed the driver first, but is it possible the driver hasn't installed corrrectly? Is there a way of checking?
