MIcrosoft Outlook 2000 - multiple email address'
2 Answers
Hi - I've set up TWO email addresses on microsoft outlook 2000. However, I do still need the emails to go to SEPERATE in boxes. In other word emails to "joebloggs" go to his inbox and emails to "janetbloggs" go to her inbox. How is this done? Many thanks in advance - PS if I don't reply to say thanks straight away it's because at the moment I have limited acces to a pc / internet.

1) create two folders in the inbox, one called joe and one called janet and then create two rules that move the emails for each account into the correct folder as soon as they arrive. the link below will give you a indication on how to do this

2) setup 2 profiles in outlook so it will prompt you when you first load it asking which profile to use, then the emails are kept totally separate.

(if you go for option 2 then you'll need to delete the account details from profile 1 that you use to create profile 2)
