I don't know about Wise Registry cleaner but Ccleaner will clean the registry when required and also delete all the useless Temporary files every time you boot up.
For most of us the Windows registry does not need "cleaning".

Having a large registry does not slow a computer down, nor does having a few redundant entries in it.

Unless you are getting problems then dont bother running any registry cleaner.

Some of them can actually do more harm than good by deleting "good" entries from the registry, stopping your computer working.
