Nothing like Apple for making you do things the hard way. I found out how to right-click by visiting the Apple site:
"Perform right-click functions by clicking a corner of your trackpad or by pressing two fingers anywhere. With Tap to Click enabled, tap two fingers anywhere.!

Thanks milvus I've tried ctrl and clicking the mouse and when I press copy nothing happens? I though it would let me highlight whatever I wanted copied to let me copy and save it but nada is happening.
have you just tried dragging and dropping?
Question Author
Milvus I've trie it and I can apparently drag a ghoste image but where do I drag it to as when I let go the image just snaps back to it's original place.
Open Textedit or Pages or Word and drop it on a blank page, or if you were mailing it drop it on a blank email etc. Once there you can copy it.
