Critical error

On booting up my Toshiba laptop I get this message " Toshiba Power Saver error 0x0 this application will now close down" How can I remedy this any advice appreciated

Uninstall Toshiba Power Saver.

Go to the Toshiba website - http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/ - and download and install "Toshiba Common Module" and "Toshiba Power Saver" .
