RAM is a physical component of a computer, you CANNOT download it. You have to purchase RAM chips, open your PC and install the chips in a slot on your motherboard.

As daffy654 says ram sticks are physical components in your pc/laptop. they have to be bought and fitted. They also have to be of a certain type suitable for your machine.
