How to protect a'sheet' in Excel 2007
6 Answers
Using 'Word' you can password a file and even though you can see it you can't open it without the password, well, how do I achieve the same effect when using Excel and just want to protect a single sheet(not the whole workbook or anything)so that it's visible but clicking on it asks for a password,as in Word?
Is this impossible or should I try another prog?
Cheers for any help

(Usually white).
Then the only clue that there is something hidden there is the coloured line under the capital A in the toolbar. You can of course hide the toolbar if required.
Not a "Password Protection" but just a little bit of a secret that wouldn't be instantly obvious!

You can easily protect worksheets or part of them so that the text can't be amended so if you tied that in to Michael's answer would be OK.
