Hi, My son is desperate to play the minecraft game - we have paid and got access, but it runs too slowly on his netbook and when we try to run it on the family desktop, we get the following message:

Thanks again Chuck - screen resolution sorted. Sure I don't have any outstanding updates, but going through the process anyway. After I fixed the resolution, I did try to run the game again, but the error this time was to do with an unknown plug-in. I'll make sure I have done all the updates, try again and let you know how I get on. It certainly seems closer to working than it was before, if that makes sense!!
