Eurostar To Lyon

I would like to travel to Lyon by train, but the Eurostar new service leaves too early to catch it in London.
I want to do the 'old-fashioned' route, Eurostar, change to TGV, but the Eurostar site is only offering me the direct option.
How do I get past this?
