URGENT Anybody interested in a free helicopter camping trip over to the Isle of Skye to see the Northern lights this weekend, free of charge?
I'm looking for 2 friends to join us. We intend to leave 7am Friday morning from Prestwick airport, fly up to Loch Lomond where we will have a quick breakfast stop, before the flight over to the Isle of Skye for a two night wildcamp on the northern part of the island. Hopefully we should have a great view of the Northern lights which are currently very active, it should be a good trip. Then we will fly back to Prestwick on Sunday afternoon.

wrong time of year for the Northern Lights, but could we get to see the Aurora Australis? We'd have to fly either further or higher

My helicopter pilot is on leave (at my expense of course) in the Bahamas and the runway at Ashaig Aerodrome isn't long enough for my Learjet. So it looks like I'll have to pass on your kind offer :(
