we are going to tennirife for the new year did they turn up at the right time cause i have heard bad results do they take you to your hotel cheers

We used one in Las Vegas and were more than happy. It took us from the airport to the hotel door, then we phoned a number and arranged a time to come back after the holiday. It turned up no problem.

However, we also had one in Barcelona which took us to the bus depot rather than the hotel and but didn't mention to us that there were only a handful that came back to the airport, causing us to fork out a wad on a taxi.

i work in a travel agency and we use then all the time!!. they are great and for the amount of people we book we get hardly any complaints.
