That depends how many bags you're taking (and their weight).
If you take one bag each (not weighing more than 15Kg) you'll pay 2 x 2 x €20 = €80.
If you go for the higher allowance of 20Kg, but still only take one bag each, you'll pay 2 x 2 x €30 =€120.
Aer Lingus give you a 20Kg allowance anyway. If you each take one bag with them, you'll pay 2 x 2 x €15 = €60

Aer Lingus charge the same 'handling fee' (£6 or €6 per person, per flight) as Ryanair.
With regard to printing boarding cards with Ryanair, you can do that up to 15 days before flying. (So you'll be able to print them out for both directions before setting out). You simply click the 'Online Check-in' link, which you'll find near to the top right of Ryanair's home page. That takes you to here, where you simply follow the instructions:
