B&B in Pool area of Redruth, Cornwall

A friend of mine (and her mum and aunt) are going to her aunts 90th birthday party in November. As there are three of them there isn't room to stay with family.
The aunt lives in the Pool area of Redruth and they would like to stay in a B&B, guest house or small hotel.
I have looked on the internet for her but there aren't any coming up, they all seem to be in nearby towns/villages.
As they will not have transport they really do need to be in the local area - does anyone on AB have any knowledge of Redruth and could advise/offer suggestions?
