what shower head to get??? What have you got?

Well I have three bathrooms to fit out, it's looking like bath store to supply at the moment purely because it is the only store I can see the items in person and not just in a catalogue.
I have been quoted for what I need the plumber has said 3-7bar pressure we have at the house and bath store have added a movable shower head on a bar type to the quote. I wanted movable type as I am quite tall and need to move it higher quite often, but like to detach to clean shower out etc. and they have quoted for a separate thermostatic valve to go with it.

Thermostatic valve: http://www.bathstore....-valve-1689.html?pg=0
Regards the shower head it doesn't look anything special with no different spray options it seems. Shouldn't I look to get more, what has everyone else got? Whats nice?
Regards the valve well it looks ok I plan to have it higher on the wall than usual and off to one side, as I always catch my bum and long hair on the controls, so I hope this is ok, I don't want recessed controls as they would be harder to change in the future.
I am having a pressurised cyclinder
Any help and personal experiences would be appreciated thanks in advance

I was in there yesterday looking for a riser rail for my shower and I also had a quick look at the shower heads - they've got quite a good range from cheap and nasty single spray heads, to all singing all dancing 5 spray heads.
You can also view them on-line as well:
