Gravatar Avatar Issues

Have Gravatar resolved the Problems with our Avatar transfers or is the issue still ongoing ??

It seems Profile Pics are different to the ones that appear against each Post

A number of Members Profile Pics are different to the ones appearing against their Posts on AB.
Mine is different

I changed mine on Gravatar and it took 4 days to go through on AB. I then changed it again 6 days ago and I'm still waiting

ta red.... the pics are probably in different caches or something somewhere... gonna go change mine (if i can remember log in details) and see what happens

Mine still isn't working, on this thread is a polar bear in a snow storm, on my profile is a picture of Frank yet neither are the picture that I have choosen on Gravatar.

Have you tried clearing your cache while looking at your profile?

Just throwing an idea out there.

It seems the problems are still ongoing at Gravatar, I presume Ab Editor has informed them and that they are trying to fix it ?

Yes Ed I've done that countless times but to no avail.

My IE9 Cache is always cleared before I attempt to change my Avatar so the problem seems to lie elsewhere Ed !

my avatar viewed from my work email is my wax wing but when Red looks at it from my home pc (using i.e .9) he only gets the waxwing on profile and my poppies on the posts email it was alright from home last night using mozilla...

Yes I am having issues. I joined gravatar last week, put a pic in and nothing has happened. I have same email on there as my one on here, I have emptied the cache etc etc, done all I should have done as far as I can see and still it's not showing. What else can I do or is there a problem with their site where it won't upload to here?

Since that one day a week ago when it worked, I have been stuck with the same avatar for both profile and postings in Firefox, IE, Chrome and Opera.

My avatar showing in threads is wrong. My profile avatar is also wrong.

Hopefully our Ed can contact Gravatar and point out to them that there is still a problem. Something is clearly wrong !
