Travel insurance for someone who has had a mini-stroke over two years ago

I looking for cheap travel insurance for my mum who had a mini-stroke over two years ago and been fine since then, does anyone know of a company, I have looked at some and they have wanted between £100 and £350 for two weeks in Spain.

The Mail at the weekend advertises travel insurance companies in the travel sections. Shop around. My son has a few health issues and I've had quotes ranging from £400 to £35 for the same cover. Direct Travel are usually competitive. Stay Sure rings a bell as well.
