November to April is the driest period and also the period with the most sensible temps. Avoid June to October. Very high temps, thunderstorms and humidity. We go this Wed. Weather should be OK but expecting crowds as we are there for the Easter period.

We went in May not too hot, just right, the parks were busy but not that it was a problem.the favourite rides will always have queues ,get a three day pass, take your time and enjoy
I went to Tampa Florida in mid-October, and the weather was just gorgeous, warm and lovely. The children were not all on holiday, so I would think that might be a good time.
We used to go every July. It was gorgeous. It would rain once a day for a few minutes but because it was so warm we were glad of it! It was busy but they manage the queues well and they tend to go in relatively quickly.
We have been in October and I agree with the others, it's much drier an nowhere near as busy. Enjoy!
the quietest time i have ever been to theme parks was at thanksgiving 9towards the end of Nov) Although it's a holiday, people are spending it together and eating rather than going to the parks
I went in February for two weeks a few years ago and the weather was great (t shorts and shorts weather) and the parks were pretty quiet.
There is Presidents day sometime in February and the parks were buys that weekend (like one of our bank holiday weekends) but the rest of the time it was great.
I would not even consider going in Juiy as someone said. Hot, humid, crowded, a living hell.
