Can anyone tell me of anywhere nice to stay in or near stone? we are visiting for one night for a family party but we are making a surprise entrance so can't ask any of them. Thanks in advance

There's a great Travelodge at Trentham, near to Trentham Gardens which is well worth a visit, www.trentham.co.uk , it's also just 1 mile from the Wedgwood Museum, just a thought in case the party is a flop, the Travelodge is only 4 miles away from Stone along the A34, http://www.travelodge...-Trent-Trentham-hotel and is next door to a Toby carvery.
