The only thing needed is yellow fever, but this website advises travellers to keep other jabs up to date too.  As it's a website of the UN, I'd say it's pretty reliable!

Check with your local travel clinic or GP, but current advice is as follows;

Boost with Tetanus if more than 10 years since last injection.

Recommended - Polio, Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Yellow Fever (  YF- except if visit is confined to a few days in Nairobi only) - A YF certificate is required for entry into the country if travelling from a YF infected area.

Consider - Diphtheria, Meningococcal meningitis, TB, Hepatitis B, Rabies & Cholera ( discuss these with the travel clinic - whether or not you require them depends on where & how long you are going for, what you will be doing and your lifestyle choices)

Malaria - Mefloquine, Doxycycline or Malarone.
