Nice

I'm off to Nice with g/f at the end of July - have been there quite a few times, and like it lots!  However - what is the best bar in Nice (haven't been there enough times to establish this!) - I've been working too hard recently, and I plan to chill out LOTS!  Therefore need a good bar in which to do this!!

Although it's not in Nice, Stars and Bars in Monte Carlo is brilliant.  It's only 45 minutes from Nice by train along the coast, it's situated right on the waterfront, and there is plenty of seating both insode and outside.
