Car Hire Service

I have a friend who lives in Australia, next May he and his wife are flying over and catching a train to Southampton for a 2 week cruise on Queen Victoria, on their return to Southampton they want to hire a car and drive up to Yorkshire for a weeks touring before flying back home out of Heathrow.
Does anybody know of or can recommend a car hire service that will meet them at the cruise terminal on the ships return (bearing in mind they will have quite a bit of luggage) and let them return the car to Heathrow.

i use europcar for work and they are pretty good, they deliver to homes and collect from homes. Most car hire places are fine letting you return to a a depot, i expect all the main ones will have a base at heathrow

Avis and Hertz are just by the Holiday Inn by Dock Gate 8 (near the City Cruise terminal). Both will allow you to drop the car at LHR. QV will probably come into the Ocean terminal, but its only a £5-7 cab ride, or the car hire company will probably caom and pick them up if they arrange it. Only problem will be if the ship docks on a Sunday...the offices aren't open, then you would have to go out to Southampton airport...probably £25 cab ride.
