Anyone Speak Turkish?

What does 'Mülk Allah' mean in Turkish please? Google translate says "Propery of Allah". I want to use it in something and need assurance that this is correct.

I don't know how it translates but there's a sense of, God's man/woman, a true believer, in the phrase, 'Property of Allah'.

Thanks for the link sandy, I think though Mulk as in Malik al Mulk is not the same as Mülk (with what in German is called a 'u umlaut' ) but I'm not certain on this.
Alston's sounds most plausible, though he gives no reference.
