Will scantily clad blokes get discount too?
I am not quite sure how to put this and I absolutely agree that the defence that "she/he was asking for it by being dressed/acting like that" is NEVER acceptable but I am not sure that its the council or the taxi driver's duty to "nanny" adults who don't take care of themselves.
Maybe the cabbies will like to offer reduced fares to increase trade, maybe they won't want to increase the number of times that they have to hose the cab out?
