probably get on the Piccadilly line to Holborn then change to the Central Line to St Paul's. Or you could get on the Metropolitan/Hamemrsmith & City/Circle lines to Barbaican then walk a quarter of a mile, which might be quicker than changing lines.
Northern line to Bank Station then walk down to St Pauls (about 10 min walk)
Kings Cross, be the Piccadily Line to Holborn then change to Central Line to St Paul's.
From St Pancras you can get a First Capital Connect Thameslink train direct to City Thameslink station and its about a 2 min walk to St Pauls. Train ride takes about 8 mins according to TFL website and you can use your travelcard or oyster card
^^that's what i was going to say.
