I want to fly from London to Glasgow.
I don't have a passport.
I do have my valid driving licence card and paper.
Will they let me on the plane without a passport? Even though it's an internal UK flight?

for practical purposes, only BA and easyjet fly London to Glasgow. (the third airline are nouvellais tunisie, but they only fly Wednesdays) easyjet require photo ID - see here for acceptable types http://corporate.easyjet.com/latest-news-archive/news-year-2002/27-03-02-en.aspx?sc_lang=en BA currently don't require photo ID for internal UK...

It will depend on the airline. If you look at the website of your chosen airline it will tell you what ID they will accept.
They should do. It's not a legal requirement but the airline makes their own rules.

Thank Eccles, will check
Eccles is correct, you need to check -for example Easyjet and Flybe accept photo ID like a driving licence but last time I looked Ryanair needed a passport.

BA currently don't require photo ID for internal UK flights.
