Passport Runs Out When On Holiday, Help.
16 Answers
My nephew, wife and 2 children booked a £2000 holiday, leaving in a couple of weeks and have just realised that the passport for one of the children runs out whilst they are away, Ryanair have told them that they can't fly and passport office say it'll take over 2 weeks to re-new old passport. They are going to lose their holiday, any ideas on what they can do? Thanks in advance.

There is a premium 1 day service. My daughter used this and booked a slot in Peterborough, waited and got it the same day...a long drive but worth it.

Many years ago I won a holiday to Eurodisney, The Children had no passports, we went to Liverpool and queued for hours, we just got into the room where you took a ticket and waited to be seen, and someone announced that they were closing and we all had to leave.
They gave the next twenty tickets a pass, which we returned with the next day and we were taken straight to the front of the queue.
It took two days off work and a lot of queueing but we did get our passports.
Its the worst time of the year to go to the Passport office but if you want to take the children you will have to do it hon. X
