I once contacted the CEO of a company with a complaint he personally telephoned me to discuss it.
I usually find more success if I address issues to a named senior director, but not the biggest cheese. Try:

Mr Frank van der Post
Managing Director, Brands and Customer Experience,
British Airways Plc,
Waterside,
PO Box 365,
Harmondsworth,
UB7 0GB.
try a few of these

Benny thing of Yesco Bank was good at sorting out a mess made by his minions at the Bank

Sam Laidlaw of Lakeside the Causeway Staines Mddz CEO of British Gas was absolutely terrible at sorting out my over payment of a bill ( by £450 I think ) and that included cashing one overpayment cheque and doing absolutely diddly squat about sorting out the mess. I overpaid as they were threatening to cut me off and take me to court - apparently that is policy when you are complaining about British Gas

So you really cant tell - try a few and see

Gav it depends - when I wrote to sam, one of his minions left a message on my answer machine and or email telling me to write somewhere else.

The service really was that terrible ( and I was in credit )
Don`t suppose old Frankie will be too bothered as he`s leaving the company.
