Anyone Here Live In Blackpool

Its a long shot I know but....
Been on a day trip there today. Got back on the coach to leave at 5.30 and by 7.00 we were......still in Blackpool. The traffic just wasnt moving and then we got held up on the M55 as well. Just got back home about 20 mins ago and usually back by 8 at the latest. Just wondered if anyone knew why the gridlock in sunny Blackpool. It was ridiculous.
Had a good day tho.
(like I said, a long shot but you never know on this site...)

Todays show was great, not just the red arrows but the others as well. Just would of liked to get out of Blackpool in less than 90 mins...

Thanks for that link jno. Cant find a legend explaining the symbols tho. Blackpool appears to have a large black circle surrounding it with a dot in it. M55 showing congestion but cant understand why still stuck in Blackpool itself for a hour an half?

it gives you more detail (though not a lot) if you click on the road numbers to the right. Still 10 minute delays on the M55, it says. First reported at 18.10, but it doesn't identify the problem.

the icons with cars are "incidents" (as opposed to roadworks, the blue ones).

Apparently police were searching all coaches leaving Blackpool after local resident reported that the famous tower was missing & could no longer be seen.
