Please can anyone tell me what type of electric plugs are used and what is the voltage in Israel?

If US Dollars are used for goods is the change given in Dollars or Shekels?

it has been a while since i was last in israel,

from what i can remember it is best to take both US$ and Shekels,  some shops will give change in US$ some in shekels, from what i can remember the duty free at airport will accept both but give change in shekels.

the plug and voltage is the same as the US if my memory serves me correctly.
