Why wasn't his wife's photo published, after all it was she who committed the offence?

/// She added to Bilal: 'I’m going to exclude you from coming within the M25 for eight weeks, except for the 11 and 12 of November, to attend your immigration hearing. ///

Yet another great asset to this country applying for citizenship.

/// ‘If you breach that you will be arrested and brought back to court.' ///

Who could possibly police this, and are they likely to travel back to London since they live in Newport Wales?

/// The unemployed couple must also pay a £60 victim surcharge and a £180 court charge at a rate of £10 a fortnight. ///

All out of their benefits I presume?

Just a guess, but as she is pregnant she may have been excused having to attend court personally. The shot of the man appears to be outside the Court.
And I think you will find that BOTH committed the offence.
Not sure we need to see photos of either really.

They'll be given a payment plan.
AOG, have you read somewhere else that they are applying for citizenship and that they are on benefits?
Apologies. Hadn't read the article in sufficient detail.

No the offence was preforming a sexual act on her husband, he was just the receiver of that act.

Apology accepted, always better to read the article before jumping to conclusions.
He shouldn't have let her do it!
They were 'both' found guilty of outraging public decency.....

I suppose you'll have to ask the features Editor of the DM as to why s/he chose not to publish the wife's photograph.

Get this excuse.

/// We were sitting together, we were tired and it just happened.’ ///

Isn't that an excuse for that type of thing, not to take place?

AOG

She was mot charged with performing a sex act on her husband, she was charged with 'Outraging Puplic Decency' as was her husband.
The offence was outraging public decency which they both performed, they were sentenced separately.
//Both pleaded guilty to outraging public decency at Hammersmith Magistrates' Court yesterday and were banned from the capital for eight weeks.

Apology expected, always better to read the article before jumping to conclusions

Perhaps there was no point since she might have been wearing a burka.

Lol...I wonder what sex act she performed wearing a burka....
You can pick your nose.

Have some of you had a humour bypass, I know perfectly well what they were charged with, but it didn't quite fit in with my 16.03 Gromit reply.
No no, having a little titter here.
They must have read a lot of editions of the Daily Mail and concluded sex in public is the British way.
Shoplifters, I expect.
