Mass Sexual Assault Reported At Germany Music Festival
//Eighteen women have said they were sexually assaulted at a music festival in Germany. Three men from Pakistan aged between 28 and 31 have been arrested and police are still searching for three men who may also have been involved. The attacks are similar to those reported in Cologne and other cities on New Year's Eve, when as many as 1,000 women were groped and robbed.//

And where would that be to, Andy? In all likelihood they have arrived somewhere in the EU “sans papiers” and nobody knows their country of origin. Of course what should have happened is that, unless they had arrived direct from a country where they were under threat (which is most unlikely) they should have been returned to the country they last left. These are the rules. But that would mean that the EU would have to properly police its external borders. Being singularly unable to do that it sees the solution instead in rescuing those who have imperilled themselves on the high seas and providing a free ferry service to Europe. After that it then allows the illegal immigrants free rein (courtesy of the Schengen Agreement) to roam to their preferred destination. Then people wonder why incidents such as this occur.

// I would be declined to deport them. //
is that - "disinclined to deport them" ...... or
"inclined to deport" ...... or what ?
or as Andie might say: " what are you trying to say, Andie ?"
deport to Egypt perhaps - the Freedom demos in Tahrir Square were marred by sexual assaults ( arab on arab or muslim on muslim )
Delhi - they dont seem to mind if the girl is Hindu or muslim
In actual fact you can only really deport back to the country where they are nationals, which would be Pakistan - which I dont think is free from sexual crime
[ usual AB thread where someone suggests an obvious easy solution which is impossible to carry out by operation of law or some other absolute bar ( pigs dont fly etc) ]
