Have recently booked through them to go to Florida next month. Price went up slightly with add-ons (i.e. baggage), £2 debit card charge. Had to ring to book, which involved a very long phone call, agent was very thorough, staggered the payment so didn't have to pay all in one go. Confirmed everything through e-mail at time of phone call just to check all was correct.

Yes, fruitsalad, but it was years ago. It was to Malta, and possibly the worst holiday I've had.
