Has anyone managed to get through to them? Ive been trying for weeks. Im currently on hold and its 2hrs 20 mins???? Thanks

Haven't tried but they are all the same at the moment, I gave up after an hour and half on hold to James Villas in the week and also BA won't answer the phone either.

Write to them and send by recorded delivery or whatever they call that service these days. Ask them to phone you.
