Turkey Crown

First time I am cooking above and I always cook night before.
When I heat the cooked turkey I can get away with heating it up (slices) in gravy.
However I would like to heat it without gravy. I don't want to microwave it.
What's the best way to heat without drying out.

My method for preventing it from drying out has simply been to parcel it up in foil, together with a little butter, and heat it in my oven.
