You'll not see much from a train these days given the lack of tracks but the idea's nice.
Given that nearly every journey in the company's itinerary is sold out, it seems that there are plenty of people who're prepared to pay big money for such trips:

If I was to win a major lottery prize, I think that I might well be joining them. I enjoy train travel and I'm not adverse to a bit of pampering from time to time either ;-)
If I had the money to spare yes. I love train travel :)
Yep I would, if I had that kind of money to spare, definitely!
Snap chell :)
I quite fancy this one too:

Yes if money was no object
Absolutely...some of our best holidays have involved a lot of train travel...Rockies, Trans-Siberian, Switzerland (through the Eiger!), South of France and more. Far better than plane travel.

i did this 20 yrs ago! also quite spectacular!
Yes,if I had money to burn. The nearest I've come to this was a day out on the Orient Express going around Kent. Lovely sunny day, beautiful countryside. First Class all round service. Good food. Leisurely day out and lots of souvenirs to take home.
I certainly would but could I go 5 days without a cigarette?
I would rather go across Canada
lol Tilly, yes that would be difficult for me...good job I don't have a spare £15,000 I suppose!
With money to burn - yes! Indulging in slow-moving on-the-ground travel, enjoying the scenery and the luxury. Only done Calgary to Vancouver.
I've seen Scotland; but thanks anyway.
I quite fancy this train trip once I retire and have the time - but having never spent days on a train, I’m worried I’d get bored.

Looks a little claustrophobic for me.
Could do without the "Scottishness", Bagpipes - ugh!
That's a tad brutal Dave.
A musical instrument that sounds like a cat going through an old fashioned mangle.
What's not to like,,
