Is there any restrictions on farm workers entering the USA for a holiday?

no,as long as you pass their visa waiver form questions,you dont stay for more then 90 days,you have no criminal record,your passport has more then 6 mths left on it,and you have a machine readable passport.

The customs form you fill in on arrival does ask if you have been in contact with livestock. If you say yes I suspect they will then ask you if you are bringing/wearing the same clothing/footwear as you had when the contact took place and if so may want to fumigate it.

Just don't stand in the line at customs with produce in your hand. Boy, did the bloke standing behind us at Atlanta airport with a banana get screamed at by the customs lady!
