What nationality are they?

How long will they be staying?

Will you be with them?

If the answers are British, less than 90 days and yes, then they don't need a visa but will be able to get a visa waiver on arrival.

The answers are all yes - but I was told that if your passport was issued after 26th October 2005 then you no longer quailify for the visa waiver, but i can't find out for sure. When i checked the us embassy a while back it said i needed one - but when i checked again it doesn't say anything about it. I'm confused!!

The 2005 date has been postponed for a year, to October 2006. Passports issued after then will need biometric data.

Their passports meet current US requirements (for a digital photograph) and will do until they expire.
