we were here 2004 and loved it. didnt go into new town to much due to it been june and euro 04 was on and footy louts cousing abit of bother. wot were your opinions?

I went last year with my Mam, Dad, brother, son and boyfriend and we absolutely loved it. Considering going back this year. We spent most of our time in the Old Town on a night, it was so much nicer. The beer/food were cheap and the street entertainment was excellent. We went to the New Town a few nights but in all honestly i much preferred the Old Town. Some fabulous restaurants overlooking the sea and we brought a load of money home for the first time ever! We stayed in the Tropical Sol apartments which were situated in between the Old/New Town and the location was great. The apartments and staff were lovely too. All in all the best holiday ive had.
