Going to barbados for my honeymoon in 3 weeks. What do you suggest I take? Dollars, Travellers cheques, credit or debit card??

best advise i would give you is to log into martin lewis' money saving expert site,(money savingexpert.com) has loads of advice on how best to spend abroad- and loads of sound money saving advice, he will even tell you how to make money out of banks and other companies- very satisfying!

Standard advice virtually anwhere is debit card in ATM for cash, spend on a credit card.

It helps if the cards are Nationwide, but even if not there is a small saving over cash/TCs obtained here.

Don't know Barbados but I imagine it's civilised enough for the above to apply.
