please empty me?

i am sure people are more likley to commit murder in humid weather cos it makes me so irratible, this person has just posted a card through my door from the council that said please do not put your wheelie bin out until 7pm the night before collection, they missed me last week and the same department who sent this card, imformed me when i told them they missed me,that i was to but the bin out everyday till 3.30 then bring it back in again i have done this all week now its collection day again tommorw still not empty, when i explined that there will be xtra bags she informed me then that it had not to be more than 4 or else they wont empty again !!!!!!! ready to kill someone over emptying the bins the heat is definatly getting to me

calm down...my bin went out today swarming with flies, my husband gutted a fish nearly 2 weeks ago and just threw in the bin. i dread to think of it. i was bolking putting it out this morning..another 2 weeks again before i can put it out and it stinks to high heaven. i could pour bleach in it but i dont think i can even open it...and then where do you empty the bleach ...oh god now ive started on the bins!!!!!

ive been taking my non recyclabe rubbish up the local tip - ever since I found maggots in the bin the other week!!!!

I had to pour bleach and boiling water in the bin and I felt very yucky!!

Take the extra bags down to the council offices and empty them in reception,maybe they will learn then !!!
