I'm out in Canada returning to Heathrow airport on the 23rd. I was curious as to what we were aloud to take on the aircraft, what with the recent terror alerts etc. Are things such as ipod etc aloud???? Please answer asap, Thank you, and kind regards from Joe xxxx

You will have to check with your airport or airline as the situation may well change in the next week.

Inbound to the UK there are far less restrictions anyway - no liquids I think is the main one and it may ease before you fly.

apparently it only applies to outgoing flights from the uk,we,my company have picked up people from all over the world, even usa and no restrictions apply on hand luggage at all
Yes check with your airline as I have been advised today that my airline easyjet is now allowing handbaggage although there is a restriction on many things.
Aloud as in loud music or allowed as permit on board? lol
