the fact that the spanish authorities are tolerant of small quantities of cannabis doesn't mean you won't get done for trafficking if drugs are found in your luggage on your way there. and, given the present security situation and the increased scrutiny to which everyone is subject, you'd quite frankly be barking to even try it.

Why bother, the quality is far better in Spain. Just ask any Moroccan.

They are not so tolerant now and definitely do not take any into Spain, if you need it you can always buy it there.
