A number of the larger truck stop shops sell them.
You could also buy specialist magazines, e.g. Truck & Driver, which will carry ads. A good place to buy truckers mags is at a motorway service station because they tend to sell all the available titles. You can also buy off the web but you'll need to do a lot of searching because the term *trucker* is American.
