M8 'Sighting' No.2

As a regular traveller on the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh, I have long wondered what this is ....... Going East, just before the Livingston Village slip-road, look to your left and you see some sort of village. Big houses, possibly a school - is this the village referred to on the road sign? If so, what kind of village is it?!

Should say these buildings are very very big, look institutional from the road (like a Quarriers Village type set-up).
That could be Bangour Village Hospital. It's a collection of detatched, large victorian buildings on a hillside visible from the motorway :-)
