Venice guidebook you can turn upside down
3 Answers
Can anyone please help me? A few years ago I borrowed a guidebook on Venice, with colour drawings of the buildings along the Grand Canal The book could be referred to one way up if you were on one side of the canal, then you turned it upside down and referred to it the other way up when you were on the other side of the canal. It was a brilliant idea! I'm going to Venice again next year and I would love to track this useful book down. But I don't have any more info about it - no author, publisher, etc. I've trawled through amazon.co.uk and tried my local library - no luck. Does my description of the book ring any bells with anyone? If so, can you gve me any more info?
