now i am planning to go to canada and usa for 4 weeks 4holiday so i need a visa bcoj i have got another country passport so in the application forms the question is:-
have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offence or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action? i just tick on --no
i know this is minor offence so just want to know if canada embassy or us embassy will acess to police record or not or will they find out that i have gone to police station for theft
i had already fingerprints in policestation now i have heard that when u go to us embassy for visa even they will do ur fingerprints
so is that mean i have got criminal record or not after that i have no trouble with police what should i do

I advise you say yes on the forms and advise them what is was and what you received and they will judge from there. much better than saying no and being found out that you did not tell the whole truth on the forms.
