holiday tickets

my son booked a holiday to malta with apollo travel, his going nxt sat july14th,he was supposed to get his tickets through wed,they didnt arrive! he phoned them they said he should get them today again have'nt arrived! now they are saying because of the floodings ( they are in rotherham) they have had to move offices so he may have to pick his tickets up at airport! my questions are has there been floodings in rotherham? my son is worried that tickets not going to be there on saturday! is there anyway he can check at gatwick airport that they have received his tickets?

Your son should check where he's expected to collect the tickets from. (For Malta, it might be the KLM desk because they work closely with Air Malta, but it could be one of several different places). Once he knows the name of the company that will be holding his tickets, he might be able to find a contact phone number for their desk at Gatwick (by Googling for it or asking here on AB). Alternatively, airline contact numbers are here:

Has there been flooding in Rotherham? Well, unless you've been out of the country, you've almost certainly seen those pictures of Prince Charles in a rubber dinghy, floating between flooded houses. Those pictures were taken in Rotherham.

thanks v much buenchico you have been great help x knew parts of yorkshire was flooded did know which parts. wished i'd known prince charles was in rotherham! he could have collected the tickets in his dingy! ;-))) x
