anybody used hotelopia on the internet to book a hotel? it is the company bmi baby use on their website.we are flying with bmi to nice.are hotelopia a good and safe site to use as their rates are alot chaeper than others.thanks.

I used them 3 years ago to book a hotel in the USA. We got to the hotel and, despite having the confirmation printed out to prove that I had paid the full amount in advance, they said that the room was not booked. They could not get hold of them to speak as it was nighttime back here so I had to pay full whack ($150) with no guarantee that the following day it would all be sorted out. Apparently, the hotel had been told that I had cancelled the booking!! which I had not done. Never use them since.
