My boyfriend had to go to crown court because of this and im just so worried that when we get there he will be turned away??? is it true that they take your fingerprints wen you arrive??? and if so wont it bring something up about his history???
Jaffa when you are on the plane you get a visa waiver form to complete. On this you say you have no convictions.
When you arrive if you get stopped at customs and they ask "Do you have any convictions Mr Smith" say no. They have no direct access to UK records so unless your boyfriend was a Mr Big or a drug cartel they wont be interested and they will only know about his conviction if YOU tell them.
Dont worry loads of people do it.
