Haven Holidays Complaints

Is anyone going through a complaint procedure with Haven Holidays? I have an ongoing issue regarding our week of hell at one of their resorts (Hafan y Mor). I have emailed the head office and they in turn e mailed the manager at Hafan y Mor, who basically accused us of making the complaint up. Unfortunatley I have no photographic evidence its basically my my word against theirs. Do I have a leg to stand on?

i am going through complaints and looks like we are complaining about roughly the same time - so far they have lost my complaint 6 times over serious complaints - they have been a nightmare and looks as though i am about to get a standard brush off letter after nearly 3 months - i have contacted trading standards today as i will be taking my complaints further - good luck with your complaint and dont let it drop -

What is it you are complaining about? I recently went to their great yarmouth site and the caravan was filthy i tried to complain but in turn i kept getting told that there cleaning is at a high standard!
